Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Amelia Wieber.

I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer, Buti Yoga instructor, AFAA-certified indoor cycling coach, and 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher. I grew up as an overweight kid and continue to navigate weight and body image as an adult — which is exactly why I teach the way I do.

Before this, I spent twenty years coaching humans to better understand their dogs and cats. Turns out, the same patient, kind, science-backed approach works beautifully when the "patient" is you.
